Our third-party website provider recently performed a system update that allows users to log in to their accounts using services such as Google or Facebook (sometimes referred to as "Identity" login).
As part of this integration, existing encrypted AutoPay payment information did not transfer over. This was done intentionally to protect user security and financial information.
Users who previously had AutoPay set up will need to re-enter their payment information to re-establish AutoPay.
