Department Overview

The Meredith Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors alike. With a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, programs, and events, we work year-round to provide opportunities for recreation, connection, and fun.

From scenic parks and hiking trails to sports, fitness, and family-friendly events, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Mission Statement

The main goal of the Meredith Parks and Recreation Department is to provide activities for the community at large, and for people of all ages. This is accomplished by working with the schools, commercial establishments, and community volunteers to create organized programs and self-guided recreational opportunities.
